The Kearns, Utah neighborhood where Dylan Treichel was allegedly shot by his friend, Ashton Jonathon Mann (Google Maps).

A man from Utah allegedly boasted to his friend about being able to avoid getting hit by a bullet. Tragically, he ended up losing his life to a gunshot wound, and now his friend is facing charges of manslaughter.

According to a report from KSTU, a local Fox affiliate, 23-year-old Dylan Treichel made this declaration to his friend Ashton Jonathon Mann during a get-together on February 2. Mann informed authorities that he and Treichel had been smoking marijuana and playing video games before the topic shifted to guns. They moved their gathering to a separate garage where two handguns were present. After supposedly unloading the guns, Treichel asserted that he could dodge a bullet.
