According to a report from KSTU, a local Fox affiliate, 23-year-old Dylan Treichel made this declaration to his friend Ashton Jonathon Mann during a get-together on February 2. Mann informed authorities that he and Treichel had been smoking marijuana and playing video games before the topic shifted to guns.
