The man accused of murdering his brother, who was an attorney, reportedly went back to the location of the crime with his family, leading to his arrest in front of journalists.

Christopher Eaves, aged 49, is currently in custody with a bond set at $1.5 million. Should he be released before the trial, he is prohibited from contacting either his family or his deceased brother’s family, as reported by AZ Family.

Authorities in Phoenix, Arizona, allege that he committed the shooting on Friday, according to KSAZ, a Fox affiliate. Surveillance cameras from a neighboring property captured the sound of gunfire.

“The defendant went over to the victim’s house early yesterday morning and shot the victim, fired multiple shots,” prosecutors reportedly said. “He returned to his house with his parents, and Phoenix Police found multiple loaded weapons in the defendant’s car.”
