A woman from New Jersey faced charges of two counts of attempted first-degree murder for her involvement in an alleged murder-for-hire scheme targeting her ex-boyfriend and his daughter.

The arrest of 26-year-old Jaclyn Diiorio was made public by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office through a press release issued on Tuesday. Diiorio was apprehended after allegedly being caught paying an informant to arrange the killings of her ex-boyfriend, a 53-year-old officer in the Philadelphia Police Department, and his 19-year-old daughter. Details from a probable cause affidavit, as reported by WCAU, an NBC affiliate in Philadelphia, revealed that Diiorio planned to enlist a man she met on the Tinder dating app to carry out the crime.
