A woman in South Carolina is facing accusations of identity fraud and attacking a student with special needs after allegedly impersonating someone to secure a job at an elementary school.

Bryia Lattimore Scott was arrested and initially charged with identity fraud to obtain employment. Subsequently, she faced an additional felony charge related to the reported attack on a child with special needs. The incidents occurred at Waterloo Elementary, located about 185 miles northwest of Charleston, South Carolina.
