Carolina Regina Cuomo Is a Promising Young Gymnast and Chris Cuomo’s Daughter

Carolina Regina Cuomo is the youngest daughter of Chris Cuomo and Cristina Greeven Cuomo. Like her father, who is a television journalist and news analyst, young Carolina has an array of impressive skills under her belt, including her love and passion for gymnastics.

As a celebrity child, Carolina Regina Cuomo is aware of who her father is and what he does for a living. Many people know her dad as a media person and news anchor. Chris, who has over one million followers on Instagram, doesn’t only share glimpses from his professional life.

In fact, in April 2019, he posted a candid photo where his young daughter, Carolina, stood next to him, right on the set of her father’s news show. Fans loved the post, and it racked up over 15,000 likes.

Father Chris and mother Cristina welcomed their youngest child, Carolina, on February 1, 2010. At the time, the news was shared by Chris’ old friends at “Good Morning America,” who showed a photo of Chris with his adorable daughter. Every year, the Cuomos celebrate Carolina’s birthday with heartwarming posts.

In a post from Carolina’s 11th birthday, her mother dubbed her the “light of our lives.” In another post from February 2022, Cristina shared a lovely collection of pictures gushing on her baby girl. She wrote:

“Happy 12th birthday, Carolina! You give me my greatest opportunity—to be your mother. You make me more present, you awaken the best in me, and you heal us in every way with your atmospheric eyes, all-knowingness, and bright, celestial spirit.”

Chris Cuomo’s daughter is also affectionately known as “Cha Cha” by her loving family. In a post from Cristina in September 2018, the then-eight-year-old Carolina was seen tumbling and cartwheeling from the shore to the ocean, showing her brilliant athletic streak.

Then, in January 2020, she won first place, third overall, at her Manhattan Classic Gymnastics meet. In an appreciation post for his daughter, Chris doted on Carolina’s impeccable skills and determination as a young gymnast. Carolina’s Father is a Famous TV Anchor

Carolina’s father was once known for hosting “Cuomo Prime Time” on CNN. Even during the COVID-19 lockdown, he was said to have broadcast the show from his basement. Carolina’s mom, Cristina, is the founder of Purist, with both digital and print editions, which she launched in 2017.

The Cuomos tied the knot in November 2001 in a church in Southampton, Long Island. Cristina, also known as a wellness maven, reportedly showed up half an hour late to her wedding, carrying a flower bouquet and rocking her stunning Oscar de la Renta dress.

She once gushed about her husband and even included him in the list of the “Top 100 Most Eligible Bachelors” in the Manhattan File magazine.

When the global pandemic hit the world in 2020, the Cuomo family was impacted, like many others. Both Chris and his wife, Cristina, contracted the virus and had to spend a long time away from their children. While the couple recovered, they said their children stepped up to help with the house chores.

After several weeks of quarantining in his basement, Chris became a free man and reunited with his family after testing negative. He and Cristina met their kids after their doctor gave them an “all-clear.”

Chris’ daughter, Carolina, has two older siblings—a sister named Bella and a brother, Mario. Bella is known for her huge fan following on TikTok and lip-syncing videos. She also shares glimpses from her personal life on Instagram.

Not much is known about Mario, who is named after his granddad, New York’s former governor, who passed away in 2015. In addition to his parents, Mario reportedly contracted the COVID-19 virus, although his siblings, Carolina and Bella, were fortunate to steer clear of it.
