During the performance of “16 Carriages,” the 43-year-old celebrity was positioned on a red convertible that was hanging above the crowd. Suddenly, the car started to tilt noticeably while in the air.

In a video that spread widely on TikTok, Beyoncé could be spotted holding onto one of the suspension cables and calmly repeating, “Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop,” into her microphone as the music stopped playing.

Suspended several feet above the crowd, she looked around, assessed the situation, and managed a smile, earning a roar of support from fans below.

Still hanging in the air moments later, Beyoncé addressed the audience with composed sincerity, saying, “Thank y’all for your patience.”

Eventually, the car was safely lowered, and she was brought back to the center of the stadium stage.
