Brit Eady is ready to take her legal war to Bravo’s doorstep!

The star from the reality show “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has taken legal action against the production company for failing to protect her from the negative impact of a poster controversy involving Kenya Moore.

Brit Eady Slams Bravo And Its Parent Companies For Causing Her Emotional Distress

Eady has escalated the situation by suing Bravo, alleging that the network played a role in presenting her in a misleading and harmful light. She claimed that the posters wrongly suggested she was involved in inappropriate behavior, leading her to seek $20 million in compensation.

The conflict unfolded when a salon opened in June 2024, and although Eady was not present, she was upset upon learning about the offensive content of the posters. Despite Bravo removing Moore from the show following the public outcry, Eady remained unsatisfied with the outcome.

In her lawsuit, Eady accuses Bravo of creating a hostile work environment and inflicting sexual harassment by compelling her to return to work after what she describes as a “gendered attack.”

The legal action targets Bravo, NBCUniversal, and the production companies Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America. Eady claims that they knowingly misled the public and violated her rights through defamation, emotional distress, and harassment.

She also demands the immediate removal of the related episode from public access, emphasizing that she is not the person featured in the explicit posters. Per TMZ, she reiterated her earlier statements on social media, indicating that she did not participate in the reunion episode of the show.

The Insurance Expert And Kenya Moore Reportedly Shun ‘RHOA’ Reunion

The Blast reported that on January 5, Eady announced on her Instagram Stories that she would be skipping the upcoming reunion, citing the emotional toll of the season’s events.

She clarified that the graphic photo discussed in Episode 5 was not of her and expressed that she had initially assumed it was due to misinformation at the time.

After seeing the photo, Eady confirmed it was not. She also shared her intentions to seek accountability as she moves past this “dark part” of her life.

Likewise, her arch-enemy on the show, Moore, also shared her disappointment over not being able to participate in the “RHOA” reunion and shared her side of the story.

Last year, reports revealed that Moore had a change of heart regarding the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” poster scandal that resulted in her suspension. She admitted to “elevating the situation” during an interview, posing a sharp contrast to her previous denials.

Back in June 2024, Moore vehemently asserted her innocence and suggested she had evidence to prove it. However, five months later in November, she recognized her role in the controversy and accepted full responsibility for her actions.

During her appearance on the “Tamron Hall Show,” Moore clarified that she was never actually fired from the series, dismissing speculation about her exit.

Reflecting on her past decisions, she expressed regret, stating that the photos involved were “very distasteful” and that she did not need to escalate the matter as she did. The reality expressed remorse about the outcome of her actions, saying:

“I am sorry for what I’ve done. I didn’t have to take it that far.”
