The star flashed his blue underwear in a pair of low-slung black Balenciaga joggers , paired with a green bobble hat and shades for the outing.
A gaunt Bieber was seen laughing and chatting with his friends during the outing without wife Hailey, 28.
Raising eyebrows recently, the singer reposted a meme featuring a child making an inappropriate gesture with the caption suggesting it was done sneakily behind their partner’s back.
These actions have emerged in the midst of widespread worries about the status of Justin and Hailey’s marriage, coupled with anxieties expressed by fans regarding the singer’s well-being after several public appearances where he has appeared extremely thin and untidy.

He further fueled concerns with a post admitting to ‘anger issues’ and self ‘hate’.
After sharing the clip, he posted a closeup photo from a high angle of his face partially hidden underneath a hood covered in mottled white fleece.
‘I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh,’ he captioned the photo, which gave the post joking about venting anger at a girlfriend new resonance.
Earlier in March the former teen star wrote in a message shared on the internet, ‘People told me my whole life ‘wow Justin u deserve that’ and I personally have always felt unworthy.
‘Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if only they knew my thoughts. How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn’t be saying this,’ he added.
