A Jack in the Box customer got a beating after attacking restaurant staff for forgetting her curly fries.
An intense situation unfolded at a Spartanburg, South Carolina establishment, reportedly involving an enraged customer upset about missing curly fries in her combo meals. The incident quickly progressed as the customer loudly berated the staff for their oversight.
In a viral video first shared Sunday, as the woman yelled that she would ‘blow this whole motherf****** up’ if her order wasn’t fixed.
She continued to scream at the workers and even started throwing signs at them before the incident got physical.
In response, a team of employees united, leaping over the counter to subdue the woman and a companion on the premises. Spectators captured the chaotic scenario on video as the employees intervened to contain the escalating confrontation.
The woman’s frustration became evident as she vehemently expressed her grievance, demanding the missing curly fries for each of the three combo meals she had ordered. Clad in black attire with a green sweater and accessorized with a black beanie and white sneakers, she vocally insisted on receiving what she believed was owed to her.
‘You left my sister’s sh** out. Fix my sh** or I will blow this whole motherf****** up,’ she continued as she picked up a sign on the counter and hurled it behind her head before setting it back down.
‘Do you f***ing understand me?,’ the angry customer asked an employee.
‘Wait for me to get out,’ the staffer replied.
‘Ok. Fix it now,’ the customer responded before she leaned toward the workers, opened her arms, and said: ‘What you taking me for?’
An employee started to answer her, but she quickly cut her off and yelled: ‘I don’t give a f*** about you or your f***ing -,’ hurling a sign at the staff.
She then threw another sign at the employees as customers behind her were left in shock by her actions.
‘F*** you and everybody up in this motherf***er,’ the deranged customer continued.
She then appeared to mock one of the employees and said: ‘Oh bi***, OK,’ as she did a little dance in front of them.
Suddenly, a group of workers behind the counter stepped toward her as she placed her hand in one of their faces and appeared to count on her fingers.
One employee yelled at her just before the customer hit her from across the counter.
‘Bi***, whatcha gonna do?,’ the employee asked, as another took a swing at the woman.
The customer then reached over to hit her back with both hands, before, again picking up a sign and wailing it at the group.
A male employee then abruptly stood on the counter, leaned down and wacked the disruptive woman in the face, knocking her hat off.
‘Come on, bi***,’ he said to her as she casually picked up another sign and threw it at his face.
The male worker and a female employee then hopped the counter and started to beat up the woman as another customer hopped into the mix.
The male employee then punched the other customer in the head, while his co-worker continued to hit the angry woman.
The female Jack in the Box employee was then seen grabbing one of the customer’s hair as the unhinged woman held onto her shirt.
The male staffer tried to pull his co-worker off of the women as onlookers screamed: ‘Call the police!’
The video ended with one of the employees screaming: ‘Do not f*** with black people!’ from behind the counter.
Online users quickly reacted to the bizarre incident, as one said: ‘Came back for 3 fries and left with a 3 piece.’
‘She did all of that over a messed up order,’ another wrote.
‘So this is why my DoorDash takes so long,’ a user said.
‘They got their WOMBO COMBO,’ wrote another.
It is unclear if police were called to the fast food restaurant and if the staff members involved in the fight have faced repercussions.
