JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes appear to be growing even closer.
TMZ shared images on Sunday, May 25, revealing the reunion of JoJo Siwa, 22, and Elliott Hughes, 32, at London’s Heathrow Airport. In the pictures, Hughes is seen offering Siwa a beautiful bouquet of pink and red roses.
Siwa, who stirred up speculations of a romantic involvement with Hughes after both appeared on the 24th series of Celebrity Big Brother UK in April, was photographed embracing Hughes. In one photo, he is kissing her forehead, while in another, she is nestled against his chest with his arm protectively wrapped around her shoulder.
Additional snapshots depicted the couple holding hands as they strolled through the airport, and another image showed them in a carpark. Here, Hughes is pictured caressing Siwa’s face with a big smile on both of their faces.
As the duo strolled through the carpark, Hughes led Siwa, who traveled to London for a sell-out Monday, May 26, performance at Colours Hoxton, with his hand in hers while the “Karma” singer carried her brightly colored blooms.
The PDA-filled outing came just days after Siwa publicly addressed her relationship with Hughes while attending the grand opening of Universal Studios’ Epic Universe in Orlando on Friday, May 23. Speaking to Jake Quickenden and Keltie Knight, in a video shared via E! News that day, the Dance Moms alum confirmed things with Hughes were “going great.”
Siwa and Hughes met while competing on Celebrity Big Brother UK and attracted headlines for forming a fast friendship. Throughout the season, the pair were shown snuggling in bed together, writing each other secret messages and giving each other makeovers.
The Love Island alum also jumped to Siwa’s defense when she was the target of homophobic comments from fellow housemate Mickey Rourke.
Following Rourke’s removal from the competition series, Siwa got candid about her sexuality with Hughes. She confessed that she no longer identified as a lesbian but as queer.
Once the reality show wrapped, Siwa broke up with then-partner Kath Ebbs, telling Us Weekly in a May cover story that her friendship with Hughes had “absolutely nothing to do with my breakup.”
“We still speak all the time, obviously, naturally,” Siwa told Us of her status with Hughes at the time. “Now to be out of the house, we just exist, and it is what it is. We’re happy, and we have each other. It’s a great little special friendship that we have.”
On Wednesday, May 21, Siwa fueled talk of a romance after posting cozy photos of the pair together via Instagram. “This years birthday week was more magical than anything🤍🪄,” Siwa captioned her carousel of snaps. “Full of surprises, family time, performing, chilling, laughing, loving, smiling, and good meaningful cries. Absolutely beautiful, wouldn’t change a single thing🤍 a week I’ll remember for the rest of my life.”
One day later, the pair were photographed kissing in a pool while on vacation in Mexico, per photos obtained by The Sun.
