The protein shake recipe shared by the actor, which went viral after being demonstrated Saxon-style on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” has garnered a mix of admiration and astonishment from viewers.

The reason? Patrick Schwarzenegger shared that the recipe includes a jaw-dropping amount of protein powder packed into one shake.

During a recent appearance on the popular HBO series where he plays Saxon Ratliff, Schwarzenegger revealed the detailed ingredients and preparation method of his now-famous protein shake, reflecting the intensity associated with his character on the show.

Schwarzenegger had another surprise up his sleeve, and yes, we are talking about the “White Lotus” incest scene that left both viewers and his real-life fiancée, model Abby Champion, stunned.

“I didn’t tell anybody,” he told Fallon, admitting that he kept the eyebrow-raising plotline a secret from even his closest loved ones. “She was like, ‘You gotta tell me who dies.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m not telling you who dies! I signed my life away. Mike [White] will fire me.’”

Eventually, Champion pushed for at least a hint of what was to come. “She was like, ‘Do you hook up with people?’ … and I said, ‘Yes, I do.’ And she was like, ‘Who? Which girls do you get with?’ I was like, ‘I can’t tell you!’”

That is, until Episode 5 and 6 aired, and she discovered that his character’s hookup wasn’t a girl at all. It was Saxon’s younger brother Lochlan, played by Sam Nivola.

“She was like, ‘You got with your brother?!’” Schwarzenegger said as Fallon dissolved into laughter.

As for Nivola, he admitted to Variety that the scene was difficult to keep under wraps.

In “The White Lotus”’s latest installment, Schwarzenegger, Nivola, and Sarah Catherine Hook play the troubled Ratliff siblings, the children of disgraced financier Timothy Ratliff (Jason Isaacs) and his pill-popping wife Victoria (Parker Posey).

The series filmed in Thailand, where Schwarzenegger and Champion were spotted enjoying beach days between shoots. The couple, who got engaged in December 2023 after eight years of dating, are planning to tie the knot this summer.
