Morgan Wallen has made headlines for his songs — and his dating history.
Wallen is often seen as a rebellious figure in the world of country music, but according to his former romantic interest Kristin Cavallari, he is actually quite respectful in his relationships.
In a teaser for her appearance on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast in December 2024, the former Laguna Beach star spoke highly of Wallen, describing him as a kind-hearted individual and a true gentleman during their time together.
While things were short lived between them, Cavallari has fond memories with the singer.
Cavallari admitted that their relationship had its ups and downs but emphasized that she still holds affection for Wallen. Despite not being in touch with him for a year, she only has positive things to say about him.
Cavallari did, however, confirm that Wallen was more or less in the player category.
“He’s been with every woman on the planet — as he should,” she said.

KT Smith
Smith was in a relationship with Wallen from 2017 to 2019. They first met via Snapchat and started talking, which kicked off their relationship. Wallen proposed a few months later but the engagement was short lived.
“We broke off the engagement but still dated consistently for about two years, living with one another for about three — but that third year was rocky,” Smith wrote in a 2021 blog post. “The kind of toxic, trauma bond you hear about on TikTok.”
At the end of their relationship, Smith found out she was pregnant with Wallen’s child. They welcomed a son, Indigo, in July 2020. Smith has since moved on and married husband Luke Scornavacco in April 2024.
Paige Lorenze
Wallen and Lorenze went Instagram official in February 2022, nearly one year after they started dating. Weeks later, news of their split broke.
Megan Moroney
According to the fellow country singer, she “never exclusively” dated Wallen despite being romantically linked in late 2022.
“It was never a relationship,” Moroney said during a July 2024 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “We were friends for a long time. We were not just friends. And now we’re friends.”
Kristin Cavallari
Rumors between Cavallari and Wallen started swirling in June 2023 when Instagram gossip account DeuxMoi reported that they were spotted in Nashville together. By September, Cavallari appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and played coy about dating Wallen.
She spoke candidly about dating Wallen during the December 2024 “Dumb Blonde” podcast episode.
“He was like, ‘I’ll pick you up, I’ll pick the place’ [and] just f—ing handled business,” she shared. “He picked me up. He met my kids, my kids were so excited. It was so cute. He got us a private room.”
