Jane Seymour never wore jeans until she was “forced to,” as she exclusively told Us Weekly.
She shared that upon arriving in America, she refrained from wearing pants as she was not confident about her legs. However, with the support of her close friends who pointed out her “great legs,” she gradually started embracing denim.
Many people have commented on her legs, even asking how she maintains them so well in her mid-70s, which further motivated her to start wearing jeans to showcase her legs.
At 74 years old, Seymour attributes her newfound self-assurance and stylish denim choices to a skincare routine backed by science that she considers extremely effective and successful.
She’s talking about The Body Firm, the famous anti-aging body treatment system, Crépe Erase, which launched a “revolutionary” new product this month, Youthful Essence.
The inspiration for the latest “miracle” product is all about beauty from the inside out, which means a vitamin-packed antioxidant powder, a daily probiotic and an adaptogen supplement, which, when taken together, are said to balance your gut while boosting your mind and mood.
“That’s why I’m excited,” Seymour gushed. “[It’s] the mindset. It’s [the] ‘you deserve it,’” she said. “You’re doing this for you.” The actress is a firm believer that “feeling healthy and full of life” starts from the inside out. According to the Wedding Crashers actress, it’s all the more important as women begin to reach a certain age and many experience what she calls “unseen-ism.”
Fortunately, The Body Firm is designed for women age 45 and up; however, Seymour also revealed that the men in her life love it just as much and frequently “steal” her favorite products.
According to Seymour, thanks to The Body Firm’s new inside-out approach to health and beauty, she can now “go out there into the world and just say, ‘Hey guys, I’m still around, actually.’” She also added, “What’s more, I am thriving. And you might want a bit of this because I’m probably having more fun now than I was 10, 15 years ago.”
Even more fun? She’s doing it in everyday denim — and what’s not to love about that?
