The highly anticipated wedding has been the talk of the town ever since it was announced that the couple had chosen Venice as their destination.

Reports indicate that Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez spent a significant amount of time shopping at the store of the luxury brand and were later observed departing with several individuals carrying multiple bags on their behalf.

Over the weekend, the billionaire tycoon Jeff Bezos and his future spouse, Lauren Sanchez, were seen at Dolce & Gabbana in Milan, which is recognized as one of the prominent clothing stores in the city.

Although the specifics of the visit to D&G by the couple remain undisclosed, it is believed that they might have been finalizing the selection of Sanchez’s outfit for their impending wedding, as reported by TMZ.

The duo spent several hours inside the store and appeared to do some shopping, as several people were later seen carrying out multiple clothing bags for them.

They were both dressed semi-casually for the outing, with Bezos sporting an all-black outfit that included a jacket and a round-neck shirt, while Sanchez donned a similar ensemble paired with a gray coat.

Adding to their look, Bezos and Sanchez both wore stylish sunglasses, with the media personality opting for slightly larger frames than the tech mogul.

The couple also attracted plenty of attention as they left the store and made their way to their waiting ride.

According to the Daily Mail, Bezos and Sanchez intend to tie the knot in Venice in what has since been described as a “highly exclusive” and “tightly-coordinated celebration.”

While the exact location still remains unclear, sources have revealed why the couple chose Venice for the massive event.

“Choosing Venice is more than a romantic gesture —it’s a nod to the couple’s shared history with the city, which they’ve frequently visited during their relationship… the wedding is poised to be a defining social event of 2025, not only for the couple but for Venice itself,” read a local report.

Reports have revealed that two of the most exclusive hotels in Venice, the legendary Gritti Palace and the seven-star Aman Venice, have been booked out from June 26-29, with the dates now widely believed to mark the wedding festivities.

Additionally, these reports have claimed that the “entire fleet of water taxis will be made available to shuttle guests across the canals.”

Already, the wedding is set to be one of the biggest events of the century, which isn’t surprising given that sources have rumored that Bezos’ $500 million yacht, Koru, will be “involved” in the celebration.

It was where Bezos proposed to Sánchez, and many thought it would be fitting to host the wedding there, given that it is the largest masted yacht ever built.

The water edifice is 127 meters long and reportedly costs Bezos $30 million annually for maintenance.

According to reports, it is likely that the yacht will be used to take guests on excursions during the festivities and may serve as the starting point for the couple’s honeymoon.

The vessel will also be anchored in the Arsenale area of the city due to regulatory requirements.

According to Radar Online, there’s a frenzy among A-listers eager to secure an invite to the high-profile event as the wedding date approaches.

“People are calling everyone they know. Old friends, ex-flames, assistants of assistants – just trying to figure out who got an invite. And more importantly, who didn’t,” said a source.

The Daily Mail reported that fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and her husband, billionaire media mogul Barry Diller, are among the few believed to have secured an invite.

The news outlet also claimed that prominent figures like former President Donald Trump, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bill Gates, and Oprah Winfrey are rumored to be on the guest list due to their close ties with the groom.

Meanwhile, TMZ dished that Eva Longoria, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Gayle King, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian would also be seen at the highly exclusive ceremony.

Sanchez has been very open about how excited she is to become Bezos’ wife. In a 2023 interview, she said she was “100 percent looking forward to being Mrs Bezos.”

At a different time, she told the world that Bezos “inspires” her daily and is the “most loving human” she knows.
