Julia Fox Would Join 'RHONY': 'I Just Need to Shake It Up a Little Bit'

Julia Fox thinks The Real Housewives of New York City needs a shakeup — and she’s just the person to do it.

A 34-year-old model and actress shared on the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen After Show on Wednesday, January 22, that she would be interested in joining the long-standing Bravo franchise. She expressed her desire for another well-known personality to accompany her on the show.

During the show, when asked by host Andy Cohen if she would consider being part of the cast, Fox responded, “You know what, I would do a season and see how it goes. I just need to shake it up a little bit.”

The conversation arose when Fox suggested to Cohen, who is also an executive producer of the Real Housewives franchise, that convicted felon Anna Delvey should be cast on the New York City version of the show.

The Real Housewives of New York City premiered in 2008, but not every Housewife has gone the distance. The season 1 cast of RHONY included Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Bethenny Frankel, Jill Zarin and Alex McCord. While Kelly Killoren Bensimon joined the cast during season 2, Sonja Morgan became a full-time cast member during […]

“I love her. She’s an icon. She’s funny. She has a very dry sense of humor,” Fox complimented Delvey, 34, before having a sudden brainwave.

“Put her on RHONY!” Fox enthusiastically told Cohen, before adding, “Put me on RHONY!”

The idea went down well with fellow WWHL guest Bronwyn Newport, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. “Chaos! Put both of them, please!” Newport enthused.

The current cast of RHONY comprises Jenna Lyons, Ubah Hassan, Brynn Whitfield, Jessel Taank, Sai De Silva, Erin Lichy and Racquel Chevremont.

Julia Fox is no stranger to making headlines for her love life. Prior to her whirlwind romance with Kanye West in 2022, Fox was married to pilot Peter Artemiev from 2018 to 2020. After calling it quits, the exes welcomed their son, Valentino, in January 2021. Fox kept her pregnancy and her son’s birth a […]

During the Tuesday, January 21, season 15 finale, Brynn and Ubah got into an explosive fight that threatened to fracture the group. Brynn claimed that she had privately revealed to Ubah she had been sexually assaulted in the past, something Ubah denied knowing about. The majority of their costars supported Ubah and accused Brynn of lying.

“Brynn, I love her, but she kind of lost me this season a little bit,” Fox weighed in on Wednesday’s episode of WWHL. “She’s really kind of demonic a little bit,” she added of the season finale, while Cohen agreed that the episode was “very dark.”

In an interview with Rolling Stone Wednesday, Brynn stood by her version of events. “It’s not right to assume that everyone remembers everything that you say all the time and then hold them accountable for that,” Brynn explained to the publication. “I know for a fact that I said it, but when someone’s screaming into the phone, the other person might not necessarily hear them. … I know what I said and I know that I did say it.”

If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, contact the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673).
