Justin Bieber is celebrating his wife Hailey Bieber’s newfound billionaire status.
Justin, 31, shared his sentiments on Instagram on May 28, celebrating Hailey, 28, who recently reached billionaire status following e.l.f. Beauty’s acquisition of her skincare brand.
His post included intimate photos of him embracing a joyful Hailey and planting a kiss on her cheek, along with a screenshot of Hailey’s announcement on Instagram about Rhode, her skincare brand which was sold at a substantial price after just three years.
Hailey expressed her excitement and pride in a social media message on the same day, stating, “When I launched @rhode in 2022, I always had big dreams for the company. So today, I am incredibly excited and proud to announce that we are partnering with e.l.f. Beauty as we step into this next chapter.”
She added: “I found a like-minded disruptor with a vision to be a different kind of company that believes in big ideas and innovation in the same way that I do and will help us continue to grow the brand.”
After thanking her team and her fans, Hailey concluded her caption with: “This is only the beginning.”
Earlier Wednesday, e.l.f. Beauty announced its agreement to acquire Rhode for $1 billion. The deal includes $800 million in cash and stock at closing, with a potential additional $200 million earnout based on Rhode’s future growth.
Hailey and Justin tied the knot in September 2018 and are parents to son, Jack, who was born in August 2024.
Earlier this month, Hailey appeared solo on the cover of American Vogue for the first time. In a since-deleted Instagram post, Justin admitted that he told Hailey that she’d “never” get the cover — even though she and Justin had appeared together on the magazine years prior.
In Vogue’s summer issue, Hailey set the record straight on the headlines surrounding a potential rift in her marriage.
“It’s not real,” she told the outlet of most of what’s written about her. “And that’s the thing: I have a real life. My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them.”
Hailey came out to support Justin when he returned to live music on Friday, May 23, with an unannounced appearance during Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s Grand National Tour concert at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Justin joined SZA to perform their hit “Snooze” — and even planted a few kisses on her hand during the performance.
At the time, Hailey shared multiple videos from the concert via her Instagram Stories, including three separate angles of Justin kissing SZA’s hand. She captioned the photo with an emoji of a face holding back tears and another emoji of a smiling face with hearts. In another video of the performance, Hailey called Justin and SZA her “two favorite artists.”
