The famous rapper Kanye West has decided to change his name once again. After legally adopting the name “Ye” four years ago, the controversial music icon has opted for a fresh start with a new name.
It has been reported that West’s new name is already in use in various business documents related to his ventures. These documents include official papers from his companies such as Ox Paha Inc., Yeezy Apparel, and Yeezy Record Label LLC.
Kanye West has yet to make any comments about the new name, and it remains unclear why he made the change.

Kanye West Ditches ‘Ye’ For ‘Ye Ye’

Four years after tossing “Kanye” aside in favor of the snappy one-syllable “Ye,” headline-hogging hitmaker West has changed his name yet again.
According to The U.S. Sun, the father of four now goes by the name “Ye Ye” and has begun using it in legal documents for his companies.
Among the companies where the new name is being used are Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Record Label LLC, Getting Out Our Dreams Inc., and Ox Paha Inc. The latter has been responsible for filing numerous trademarks on behalf of the rapper.
Per the news outlet, the name change was noticed when these businesses filed a “Statement of Information” with California’s Secretary of State.
This statement of information is a form required to be filled out by all businesses in a state to provide essential details, including who is running the company, the base of operation, and employees.

For now, the name change appears to have been only effected in these legal documents, as West’s social media still uses “Ye.”

The Rapper Is Irked Over People Calling Him His Birth Name

Although the rapper has yet to make an announcement about the name change, he previously hinted that he will never return to using his old name, “Kanye West.”
Taking to X (formerly Twitter) earlier in the month, West told his fans of his decision to officially quit using his birth name on the platform.
“Ima finally stop using the @kanyewest Twitter cause my name is Ye,” the rapper wrote.
“Gonna start a ye account and it is what it is,” he added.
In response, fans trolled West, suggesting that it may be impossible to make the account change, as another user has already claimed the tag “Ye” for themselves.
Some also said he could easily change the username via the settings options instead of creating an entirely new account on the platform.

Kanye West Has Also Ditched His Anti-Semitic Stance

Prior to his name change, West made headlines by renouncing antisemitism. The rapper first sparked outrage in 2022 after tweeting that he was going “death con 3” on Jews.
Then, months ago, he unleashed an even more disturbing anti-Semitic rant that drew just as much backlash as the first time.
More recently, West released a song titled “Heil Hitler,” which controversially repeated the line “N–ger, Heil Hitler” 15 times and included several mentions of the word Nazi in different contexts.
Now, in the wake of the backlash, West has declared on X, the same platform where he made previous offensive statements, that he is “done with antisemitism.”

“I love all people,” the rapper wrote on the platform. In another post, he said, “God forgive me for the pain I’ve caused,” adding, “I forgive those who have caused me pain.”
Kanye West’s Wife Bianca Censori Launched A New Business

Amidst West’s recent antics, his wife, Bianca Censori, has established her first U.S. company.
It follows months of speculation that the Australian native wanted her independence from the rapper after he had previously stopped her from opting in for lucrative endorsement offers.
The new company is called Bianca Censori Inc., and was registered sometime in May. It currently has West listed as a director and Hussein Lalani as the chief financial officer.
While Censori has yet to reveal the services the company will offer, The U.S. Sunhinted that it may be a cosmetic brand due to Lalani’s involvement. Lalani previously founded Zensa, a company that offers beauty procedures and products.

Bianca Censori Reportedly Threatened To Leave The Rapper Over Her ‘Independence’

Earlier in the year, The U.S. Sun reports revealed that Censori had boldly demanded her independence from her husband and made it clear she is prepared to walk away if West doesn’t change his controlling ways.
After their talk, the rapper softened his stance, but she remains prepared to go ahead with her threat if he reneges on their agreement.
“If Kanye changes his mind, she’s ready to pack her things and leave immediately,” said a source, who also noted such a move could push their marriage to a “breaking point.”
Not only is her new business move motivated by her desire for independence, but the architect believes “she could make tons of money.”
“She wants to explore opportunities as a model, brand ambassador, and a talented individual—not just someone living in the shadow of her husband,” said a source who claimed that Censori could make as much as “$6 million” annually from all of the deals.
