Kim Kardashian’s Concerns About Kanye West’s Mental Health Deepening

In response to West’s plan to release a song featuring their daughter North’s voice and including Sean “Diddy” Combs, whom Kardashian considers a sex offender, the reality TV star immediately sought legal action to prevent this from happening.

Following this incident, West made a threatening statement towards Kardashian, expressing his readiness to engage in a conflict with her. It was also disclosed during this exchange that Kardashian has secured a trademark for their daughter North’s name, adding another layer of tension to their strained relationship.

Kardashian and her children are reportedly terrified for West’s mental health amid his unsettling social media rants.

The reality TV star and the “Donda” rapper were married for 8 years between 2014 and 2022 and share four children together: North, Chicago, Psalm, and Saint.

West has seemingly caused Kardashian to have to rethink their custody arrangement as she recently canceled North’s visit to him abruptly after learning that misogynist brother Andrew and Tristan Tate would be there.

That’s after reports suggested that she was upset with him for featuring North alongside jailed easier Sean “Diddy” Combs in a new song titled “Lonely Roads Still Lead To Sunshine.”

According to Page Six, a source explained that the “KUWTK” alum and her kids are now terrified as they witness what they perceive as West “sinking further down” into a period of mental health struggles.

“He’s obviously not taking his meds, if he was, we wouldn’t be here,” the source told the news outlet, referring to West’s previously diagnosed bipolar disorder and autism.

They continued, “It’s not getting any better, he’s not a well person, he’s sinking further down and he’s not acting rationally. There’s so much negativity – I don’t think he can come out of this.”

Just recently, the “Vultures 1” rapper took to X to blast his ex-wife, accusing her of being a “sex trafficker,” as well as blaming Disney and Hulu for restricting his parenting.

In another rant, he accused the SKIMS founder of being an “old white lady” controlling his “black children” while also lashing out at “the Kardashian mob” in other rants.

West recently directed unsettling words at Jay-Z and Beyonce’s twin children, Rumi and Sir. In a now-deleted post, he used offensive language to question the mental abilities of the power couple’s seven-year-olds, prompting reports they’re considering taking legal action.

A source told Page Six that Kardashian was “appalled” by West’s post, particularly the fact that he “would use that kind of language about anybody, let alone when it comes to children.”

“Kim has had enough, and she’s done trying to be reasonable with Kanye when it comes to communication,” the insider shared, adding that the aspiring lawyer believes “kids are off limits” despite whatever differences West has with Jay-Z and Beyonce.

Amid his disturbing antics, Kardashian is seemingly poised to reopen a custody battle with the Yeezy founder.

In their 2022 divorce settlement, West was awarded shared joint custody of their children with “equal access” and was ordered to pay $200,000 per month in child support.

However, in a bizarre twist, West announced this week that he was going to fight for full custody of their kids even though he reportedly rarely sees them.

This remark has seemingly left Kardashian preparing her legal arsenal to slug it out with the “Carnival” rapper.

“Kim is horrified, but she’s not surprised,” a source explained about West’s recent behavior, per the US Sun. “He’s just digging his own grave here. He’s showing that he is not fit to be a legal parent, nor has the mental capacity to have custody of children.”

The source went on to explain that Kardashian and her lawyers are now “taking action” as she seeks to question if West is “mentally fit” to take care of children.

“Her team is in crisis mode. The plan is to lodge something with the court this week and using the fact that Kanye stated his plans to seek full custody of the kids,” they said, adding, “The plan is to question whether he is ‘mentally fit’ to do so, and then get the ball rolling.”

“It’s a pretty fast-moving situation. Kim is determined to get Kanye and his threats removed from her life, she says she can’t live like this anymore,” the source added.

“So despite her fears and worries over it, she knows it’s her only course of action to protect her and her children.”

Meanwhile, sources close to Kardashian don’t believe she’ll try to seek full custody of their kids over fears West may have some dirt on her and her family.

Insiders believe that the information he has about his ex-wife and her family would likely prevent her from pursuing a renewed custody battle.

“Kim will never go for full custody. Why? Because Kanye never had an NDA [non-disclosure agreement] with Kim,” an insider told the Daily Mail. “He was her husband. No one knows Kim and her family better than Kanye, and she worries about what he could make public from their private lives.”

Another source close to West shared the same sentiment with Page Six, as there seems to be no blowback from Kardashian’s family.

“The Kardashians are being very quiet, Kanye always says he’s going to expose them but doesn’t – I wonder if there is anything they don’t want to get out – or whether they just don’t want to stir him up,” the source said.
