Meghan Markle is surrounded by love from husband Prince Harry and her kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Prior to the debut of her new Netflix lifestyle series “With Love, Meghan” on Tuesday, March 4, the Duchess of Sussex, aged 43, received a heartwarming surprise from her family. The surprise consisted of a lovely note and a stunning bouquet of flowers to commemorate the show’s launch.
Meghan shared a snap of the thoughtful gift via her Instagram Stories on Monday, March 3.
The handwritten note expressed, “Congratulations Mumma! We love your show and we love you!” It was accompanied by an assortment of pink and white flowers, prominently featuring pink roses.
The endearing message, penned on light pink paper, bore the signatures of all family members, including Harry, aged 40, who signed as “Papa,” Archie, aged 5, and Lilibet, aged 3, who affectionately signed as “Lili.”
Meghan’s new lifestyle series features the duchess offering tips for cooking, baking, crafting and hosting with help from friends including comedian Mindy Kaling and chef Roy Choi.
Us Weekly recently watched advanced screeners of all eight With Love, Meghan episodes and can confirm that the show features sweet nods and references to Meghan’s family.
In the debut episode, Meghan made homemade bath salts out of arnica, lavender and pink Himalayan sea salt.
“We have a lot of Arnica in my house,” she said. “Toddler life! Lots of bumps and bruises.”
During Meghan’s DIY process, she revealed that her former Suits makeup artist Daniel Martin was due for a visit and gushed that Archie and Lili call him “Uncle Daniel.”
“He was in my life for the before, during and after, shall we say,” she said, subtly referring to her life as the Duchess of Sussex.
In another episode, featuring Choi, Meghan told Choi that she often makes a crudité platter for Archie and Lili. “We have them every day because that’s how our kids love eating vegetables,” she said.
Meanwhile, in the second episode, Meghan shared some sweet insights into her home life with Harry while cooking up a feast for Kaling. “I have a family, a husband who no matter what meal is put in front of him, before he tastes it, always puts salt on,” she said. “So, I try to undersalt.” Kaling chimed in, joking, “I love knowing that your husband likes it salty!”
With Love, Meghan is now streaming on Netflix.
