'Young Sheldon' Montana Jordan Opts For 'Country But Elegant' Wedding With High School Sweetheart

Montana Jordan‘s art continues to meet reality as he recently tied the knot to his longtime partner, Jenna Weeks.

The actor who played Georgie Cooper in the spin-off series “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” is now officially married, similar to his character on screen. However, he is determined not to replicate the troubles his character faces in his own marriage.

Montana Jordan and Jenna Weeks got married a year after their daughter, Emma Rae Jordan, was born. This reflects another instance of life imitating art, as Jordan’s character on the show is also a father to a daughter.

Jordan and Weeks recently shared details about their wedding in an interview, describing it as a “classic cowboy” themed ceremony that took place on Saturday, June 21 at Dove Hollow Estate in Texas, their home state.

The actor left his wife in charge of the planning to ensure everything went exactly as she had always wanted her big day to be. Weeks described the journey as a “dream come true,” noting she ensured her husband’s wishes were included in the planning. In her words:

“We wanted something that said country but elegant.”

The Couple Exchanged Their Vows Privately Before Their Nuptials

While raving about their wedding ceremony, Jordan and Weeks revealed they had exchanged handwritten vows privately before their hometown pastor, Tony Pierce, officiated their union. The bride claimed she felt “like a real-life princess” wearing a stunning dress designed by Valentino.

She opted for a shorter dress during the reception to “dance all night” while Jordan changed into another cowboy-inspired outfit. He first flaunted his Southern charm during his wedding ceremony, rocking a black suit over a white shirt with a matching white cowboy hat and a black bow tie.

The TV Personality And His Wife Were High School Sweethearts

The romance between Jordan and Weeks started while they were high school seniors in 2021. Although the couple has kept numerous details about their relationship private, the actor’s wife first went public with their love that year by sharing posts about them.

Like Jordan’s onscreen romance with actress Emily Osment in “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,” he and Weeks hailed from Texas. However, unlike her husband’s TV wife, Weeks’s life in Longview differed. Pictures from her Instagram account painted her to be the social and cheerful type.

Weeks was a cheerleader in high school and part of her school’s homecoming court. She made her red carpet debut with Jordan at the 2024 Country Music Awards with her baby bump before welcoming their daughter Emma two months later in May 2024.

The doting couple announced the girl’s birth with heartwarming posts on social media.

More About The Lovebirds’ Relationship

Jordan popped the big question to Weeks early this year in January, sharing pictures from the sweet moment with fans on Instagram. The post captured the actor kneeling before the words “Marry Me?”

If fans could not feel his love for Weeks radiating through the pictures, Jordan ensured his followers knew how he felt in the caption. He penned a touching message to his lover, describing her as the “light” of his life and the woman he loved the most.

Jordan doubled down on his feelings for Weeks in an interview, noting he would not take any advice from his onscreen character regarding marriage. “None, because he’s always in trouble. He’s always in trouble with the wife, and I don’t like to be in trouble,” he declared.
