Odell Beckham Jr. Denies Sexual Assault Allegations Against Him In Amended Diddy Lawsuit

Odell Beckham Jr., the NFL star, has issued an official response to allegations of sexual abuse levied against him in a revised lawsuit targeting the troubled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

An update to a lawsuit initially lodged in October 2024 saw Ashley Parham, the plaintiff, naming Beckham Jr. and content creator Druski, known offstage as Drew Desbordes, as two of several individuals who purportedly mistreated her.

Responding swiftly to the lawsuit, Druski expressed disappointment and branded the accusation as “a completely concocted falsehood.” Diddy’s legal team similarly issued a statement refuting the assertions.

On Monday, Beckham Jr. released a statement on social media reacting to the amended lawsuit that claims he was among those who sexually assaulted Parham.

“I have been informed of the allegations about me in a suit in CA,” Beckham Jr. began. “I really can’t even believe that my name is mentioned in that matter.”

The wide receiver said, “There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit.”

Beckham Jr. continued, “I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA, at that time. In fact, I don’t think I have ever been to Orinda, CA.”

He concluded, “I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”

Druski’s Statement In Response To Sexual Assault Allegations

This is not Beckham Jr.’s first reaction to the sexual assault allegations made against him in the amended lawsuit against Diddy.

He said, “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”

Druski also said, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

Beckham Jr. commented on Druski’s statement, writing, “Boy I’ll tell you what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. He will prevail. I (know) who am I, I (know) who (you) are, keep (your) head. That name will be cleared. Sh-t’s stupid.”

In January, Diddy filed a defamation lawsuit against Ariel Mitchell, the attorney representing Parham.

Following the amended lawsuit, the music producer’s legal team released a statement expressing disgust.

They said, “This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday.”

The statement continued, “Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.”

Diddy’s legal team added, “In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players.”

The “Last Night” crooner’s legal team also said Parham’s “far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to “sign paperwork at gun point” while shepherded through a web of “safe houses.”

They added, “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.

The statement concluded, “Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

News of Parham’s amended lawsuit and claims sparked social media debates, with some questioning its authenticity.

While some discussed Druski and Beckham Jr.’s involvement, others pointed out that the lawsuit appeared to be an official government document.

X account MLFootball reported Beckham Jr.’s mention in the lawsuit, stating, “The quote and accusations from above are from a document that was obtained from publicly available sources and appears to be an official government record.”

They added, “The local court and attorneys involved have not yet confirmed its full authenticity and details.”

Meanwhile, Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jimmy Lee confirmed, “A report was taken on March 23, 2018. We take these cases seriously, and detectives thoroughly investigated the accusations. It was later determined the claims were unfounded.”
