Many celebrities have shared some spooky supernatural stories based on their encounters with the paranormal.
Actress Sarah Snook, known for her role in “Succession,” shared a chilling encounter she had at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket back in 2024 while performing in Oscar Wilde’s play “The Picture of Dorian Gray.”
During an interview with The New Yorker in March 2025, Snook recounted the eerie incident where she thought she saw a ghost. She described witnessing someone stand up as if to leave, assuming they were heading to the restroom. However, when she turned back, the person had vanished. The mysterious figure was clad in a white Victorian-style dress with a big bow, a sight that left Snook intrigued. Upon inquiring, the theatre staff confirmed the venue’s haunted reputation but couldn’t verify the specific ghost she had encountered.
In a separate spooky account, rising country music sensation Dasha, whose track “Austin” gained popularity on TikTok, shared her own paranormal experience. According to Dasha, she not only had a close encounter with a ghostly figure but also grew up in a house inhabited by a spectral presence.
Speaking to “Taste of Country Mornings with Wood and Nicole” in July 2024, the singer explained that her family once rented a “super haunted house,” which bore a tragic history.
“This family had died like 200 years ago when it was built of, like, some crazy fever, and this little girl had died in my room and I had no idea,” she related.
Although Dasha herself never saw the child’s ghost, her stepsister reportedly did, describing her as wearing “a white nightgown” and sitting on Dasha’s bed. She even claimed the little girl turned and looked at her.
Luckily for Dasha, her stepsister did not reveal this spooky information until the family moved out. “Thank God,” noted Dasha. “Or else I never would have stepped foot in that room!”
