Hailee Steinfeld grew up in the limelight — but that doesn’t mean she’s always liked to share her love life so publicly.
Expressing gratitude for the interest of her fans in her daily activities, the Oscar nominee mentioned in an interview with Us Weekly in January 2018 that it can sometimes be challenging for individuals to understand and respect the boundaries of a person’s private life.
The Pitch Perfect 2 star added: “I am a very private person. I do love that I have the opportunity to share with them what I’m comfortable with and they’re there to listen and support me.”
Despite her commitment to keeping her relationships under wraps, Steinfeld made headlines in January 2018 when she and Niall Horan stepped out in London. Following their brief romance, Steinfeld dated another famous face: Josh Allen.
The actress and the Buffalo Bills quarterback sparked romance speculation in May 2023. More than a year later, they announced their engagement.
