When Is ‘The Last of Us’ Season 2 Episode 5 Release Date? When Do New TLOU Episodes Come Out on HBO?

The Last of Us Season 2 continues to follow Ellie (played by Bella Ramsey) and Dina (played by Isabela Merced) as they journey from Jackson Hole to Seattle with the goal of finding and taking down Abby (played by Kaitlyn Dever) and her accomplices as payback for their cruel actions towards Joel (played by Pedro Pascal). However, Seattle poses its own set of challenges for them as the city is not only infested with Infected like the rest of the world but is also engulfed in a violent civil war. In the latest episode, our main characters witness a fierce conflict unfolding between the W.L.F. and Seraphites on the city streets.

What lies ahead for Ellie and Dina? Will they be able to locate Abby? Will they be forced to pick a side in the hostilities between the “Scars” and the “Wolves”? And most importantly, when can viewers expect the next episode of The Last of Us to air on HBO and MAX?

The Last of Us is a TV adaptation of the popular video game series of the same name. Season 2 of The Last of Us picks up five years after the events of the previous season. 19-year-old Ellie finds herself estranged from her surrogate father Joel after he chose to wipe out the Fireflies in Salt Lake City to save her life in the Season 1 finale. Joel’s past actions come back to haunt them when a group of survivors from Salt Lake City, led by Abby, seek revenge. Joel is brutally killed in front of Ellie, triggering her and her partner Dina’s quest for retribution. Will they succeed in their mission for vengeance?
