The model and actress, 37, revealed her birth name on Instagram while sharing a photo of her stylish outfit.

‘White on white,’ she captioned the snap, referring to her all-white ensemble.
She added: ‘My birth name is actually… Pia Loyola Blanco. Makes sense.’
Blanco is ‘white’ in Spanish.
She was known as Pia Loyola during her early career, then took her husband Brad Miller’s surname when they married in 2007.

She kept Miller as a surname after divorcing the retired AFL player in 2015, but it looks like she won’t be using it for much longer.
In November, the Chilean-Australian beauty announced her engagement to multi-millionaire Hollywood agent Patrick Whitesell.
Patrick, 55, is the ex-husband of Lauren Sanchez, who is now dating Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos, the world’s richest man.

In December, Pia hinted she was going to change her last name after marrying her fiancé.
She shared photos of herself to Instagram wearing a $650 denim jacket with ‘Mrs Whitesell’ emblazoned on the back.
‘What a gorgeous gift from my beautiful sister!’ she wrote, referring to her sibling Paz Loyola-Blanco. ‘Can’t wait to be Mrs PW.’
