Creating a solid stepmom and stepdaughter relationship can be hard, but Sofia Pernas and Isabella Hartley make it look easy. The duo’s admiration for one another is so sweet to see. Pernas, wife to Justin Hartley, has previously gushed about Isabella on the red carpet. The actor told Page Six in April 2022, “She’s so wise. I mean, that girl, she’s got it figured out! She knows exactly what she wants.”
Isabella is just as kind to Pernas as she is to her. In 2021, when Hartley shared a sweet Instagram post honoring “The Young and the Restless” star, Isabella decided to jump in on the birthday celebration. The young teen left a comment on the post saying, “Yay! Happy Birthday! @sofiapernas.” The love on social media is mutual, as Pernas has also shared some sweet comments on Isabella’s Instagram. The actor shown some birthday love on Isabella’s now-deleted Sweet Sixteen post back in 2020. “Happy 16th ma cherie,” Pernas commented. And that’s not the only comment she’s left on one of Isabella’s posts, as Pernas called her stepdaughter “beautiful girl” in a selfie the teen had shared online.
Whether it’s online or in person, the two clearly have a strong love for one another.
