Akron RubberDucks to honor Donna Kelce with bobblehead giveaway this season: Here's how you can get one

The first 1,000 fans to the 7:05 p.m. game against the Chesapeake Baysox on June 7 will get one of the bobbleheads for free.

AKRON, Ohio — Step aside, Travis and Jason!

Donna Kelce is being celebrated by the Akron RubberDucks Minor League Baseball team with a special bobblehead giveaway at Canal Park. This event will take place on Saturday, June 7, where fans can get a bobblehead in her likeness.

The first 1,000 fans to the 7:05 p.m. game against the Chesapeake Baysox will get one of the mama Kelce bobbleheads for free.

Through her sons Travis and Jason, Donna Kelce has gained recognition in the NFL scene, propelling her into the spotlight internationally. Her frequent appearances with Taylor Swift at various Kansas City Chiefs games have contributed to her growing popularity.

Jim Pfander, the President and General Manager of the RubberDucks, praised Kelce for her role as a great ambassador for Northeast Ohio. He highlighted the remarkable journey of her family from Cleveland to achieving success in both sports and pop culture, labeling it as truly inspiring.

BOBBLEHEAD FOR ‘MAJOR LEAGUE’ ACTRESS

The first 1,000 fans attending the 7:05 p.m. game against the Erie SeaWolves on Saturday, Aug. 2, will receive a bobblehead of actress Stacy Carroll, who is best known for her role as Suzanne Dorn in 1989’s “Major League” movie based on the Cleveland Indians.

“A highlight of our promotional calendar every season is a bobblehead that honors some of the fan favorite actors and actresses from classic baseball movies,” Pfander said.
