SANFORD, Fla. – Nearly four years after a pair of deadly hit-and-run crashes, the man accused in those wrecks is now facing trial.
Jury selection in the case against Michael Kraft, 40, began Monday.

Kraft is accused of hitting and killing Vincent Russo and Jenica Campbell before driving off in March 2021.
Reportedly, Kraft struck Russo on State Road 46 close to Summerlin Avenue and drove off. Police stated that Campbell had pulled over to provide assistance.
While Campbell was rendering help, authorities explained that Kraft executed a U-turn on S.R. 46 and came back to the scene, hitting Russo again and also striking Campbell in the process.
Both victims died, and Kraft faces vehicular homicide charges.
