Officials are expected to discuss how advanced DNA technology restored the John Doe’s identity.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas Gilson will hold a press conference in Cleveland later today to disclose the identity of an unknown individual.

The event is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office, where officials will discuss how advanced DNA technology helped uncover the identity of the individual.
