In Tallahassee, Florida, snowfall has set new records, leading to the creation of a special t-shirt to commemorate this unusual weather event and support the homeless community in the state.
The Florida marketing agency CATECOMM has introduced an “I Survived the Florida Blizzard of 2025” t-shirt on Cotton Bureau.com. In addition to t-shirts, the company also offers long-sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies featuring the same design for those who prefer warmer clothing during the cold weather.
There is also a onesie for little survivors.
Although not typically involved in selling apparel, CATECOMM’s founder, Kevin Cate, has decided that all profits from the sales will be donated to the Kearney Center, a facility in Tallahassee that supports homeless individuals across the Big Bend region of Florida.
Cate created a similar shirt when in winter of 2018, when Florida experienced a tiny amount of snow — 0.1 inch. The shirt went viral and raised thousands of dollars for charity.
Cate says the shirt just combines good fun with a good cause.
The official shirt will only be available through CottonBureau.com. The t-shirt starts at $30 for adults.
