During the 2025 NBA Playoffs, the Cleveland Cavaliers are facing the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference. To help you make the most of the playoffs, 3News has put together a guide to all the exciting events taking place in Northeast Ohio.

WHERE TO WATCHÂ
All Round 1 games can be watched live on the FanDuel Sports Network and the FanDuel Sports Network App, with the exception of games that are exclusively shown on ABC or TNT. For games beyond Round 1, they will only be accessible through national broadcasts.

PLAYOFF FESTIVITIES ON EAST 4TH STREET
If you head over to East 4th Street, which is conveniently located just a short distance from Rocket Arena, you’ll find a variety of activities to enjoy. Fans can groove to live DJ performances, win surprise Cavs-themed goodies, and catch appearances by local performers.
The Huntington Treats Truck will also be on-site, handing out free ice cream while supplies last.
New this year, East 4th has been designated as a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area), meaning fans 21 and older can purchase alcoholic beverages from participating establishments and walk freely through the area as they take in the festivities.
CAVALANCHE POP-UPSÂ
To build the hype heading into Rounds 1 and 2 of the NBA Playoffs, the Cavaliers and Cleveland-Cliffs are hitting the streets with high-energy Cavalanche pop-ups in select spots around Cleveland.
Keep an eye on the Cavs’ official social media pages for the latest locations of these surprise events. Each pop-up will feature special guest appearances, giveaways and plenty of playoff spirit.
CAVS HYPE SHOW AT TOWER CITY
Starting two hours before tipoff, Skylight Park at Tower City will come alive with a dynamic “hype show” running every five minutes. The experience will include dancing lights, energizing video, photo moments, and Cavs star-player banners to build excitement and rally fans before the game.
This activation is free and open to all fans, whether you have game tickets or want to soak in the playoff atmosphere downtown.Â
CAVS WATCH PARTIES
The Cleveland Cavaliers will host official away game watch parties during the first and second rounds of the NBA Playoffs.

2025 NBA PLAYOFFS COLLECTION

During Round 1 home games, fans who spend $100 or more will receive a free Cavs speaker with their purchase. Plus, anyone who buys a Cavs hat during a game at Rocket Arena will get a free patch that can be heat-sealed on-site.

TRANSPORTATION
The Tower City station serves as the hub for the RTA light rail (Red, Green, and Blue lines) and is a key stop for many RTA bus routes. RTA will run Red Line trains every 15 minutes before and after each home playoff game to accommodate Cavs fans.Â
Blue and Green Line trains will follow their regular schedules, and all rapid lines will remain available for at least 60 minutes after the game concludes.Â
Parking is also available in the attached Tower City garage.
