PARKVILLE, Md. — One person is dead and nine others were injured in a shooting near Baltimore.
Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough reported that officers discovered a vehicle engulfed in flames upon arriving at the Towson scene on Tuesday evening.

Upon further investigation, 10 victims were located.
Baltimore County Fire treated victims at the scene before they were taken to a nearby hospital, where one died.
McCullough said investigators are still working to determine what led up to the shooting and crash.
