L.L. Bean to open 2nd Northeast Ohio location

The new store, opening this fall in the former buybuyBABY space, will be L.L. Bean’s second location in Northeast Ohio.

CLEVELAND — L.L. Bean is set to open its second store in Northeast Ohio this fall.

The apparel retailer is expanding its presence by opening a new location at Crocker Park, situated near 292 Main St. in Westlake. Stark Enterprises, the owner of the property, shared in a news release that additional information, such as the grand opening date, will be disclosed at a later time.

The new store will replace buybuyBABY, which vacated the space after its parent company filed for bankruptcy in 2023.

This Westlake store marks L.L. Bean’s fourth physical retail store in Ohio and the second one in Northeast Ohio, complementing an existing outpost at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst. The brand also operates stores in Cincinnati and Columbus within the state.
