BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – SpaceX on Saturday will attempt to launch another batch of Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from the Florida coast.
The Falcon 9 launch is set for 1:19 p.m. from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
Saturday’s rocket will carry 23 Starlink satellites, SpaceX said in a statement.
Backup opportunities will be available until 5:04 p.m., with further launch opportunities available starting at 12:51 p.m. Sunday if needed.
This mission marks the 24th flight for the initial stage booster. This booster has been used in previous launches including CRS-24, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13F, OneWeb 1, SES-18 and SES-19, as well as 18 Starlink missions. After the separation of stages, the first stage is scheduled to land on the droneship called “A Shortfall of Gravitas,” which will be positioned in the Atlantic Ocean.
