CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX has announced its next scheduled Falcon 9 launch from Florida’s Space Coast.
Company officials said the launch will send the NROL-69 mission from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Monday afternoon.
The Kennedy Space Center states that the NROL-69 launch is categorized as a “classified mission” for the National Reconnaissance Office, a federal intelligence agency that manages reconnaissance satellites.
The launch is targeting Monday at 1:48 p.m., though a backup opportunity will be available on Tuesday at 1:34 p.m. if needed.
This is set to be the second flight for the first-stage booster used in this mission, which was previously used as part of a Starlink mission.
News 6 will stream the launch live at the top of this story when it happens.
