OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A vehicle caught fire Monday morning on Interstate 4 in Osceola County, shutting both directions of the interstate.
Traffic cameras showed flames and smoke billowing from the vehicle near mile marker 59 on I-4 west before the fire was put out.
The Florida Highway Patrol has the incident listed as a crash with injuries and posted on social media that drivers should find an alternate route.

Both directions of the interstate were shut down, but a couple eastbound lanes later reopened.
Traffic cameras show traffic heavily backed up in the eastbound lanes.
