Rudy Farias Who Vanished for 8 Years ‘Has Never Been Missing’ – Witnesses Reveal New Details

A man, Rudy Farias, who was reported missing in 2015, was found alive eight years later. Farias’ family said he was traumatized when he was found and is under care. Residents with doubts are shocked about the Farias case.

Rudy Farias was reported missing in 2015 when he was just 17 years old. On June 29, 2023, someone called officers after a man was found sleeping outside a church.

The officers from Houston Police Department found an item on the man with a family member’s identification.

The officers called the number on the family member’s identification and were able to contact Farias’ mother, Janie Santana. This was when the officers identified the man as Farias.

Farias had been reported missing eight years ago by his mother, who said he took the dogs for a walk but never returned. The Texas Center for Missing confirmed that Farias had now been found and shared a statement from the family:

“We want to thank the media and public for all their support. My son Rudy Farias IV was found on Thursday, June 29, after being missing for eight years. Currently, we do not have any additional information on Rudy’s case.”

The family said a good Samaritan found Farias unresponsive and called the police and 911 immediately. Santana said her son was recovering and under care to overcome his trauma.

The mom added that her son was non-verbal and couldn’t communicate with them. She also said Farias was still wearing his brother’s necklace, who died in a motorcycle accident in 2011. After Farias’ brother died, Santana’s son developed PTSD and depression.

Another neighbor who chose to remain anonymous said he had seen Farias living with his mom for years and was shocked to hear the man was missing.

Farias’ family asked for privacy during their difficult time and promised to share more details after their son heals. Santana believes her son was kidnapped, beaten, and abused all this time he was missing. However, neighbors have a different story to tell.

Residents of the Houston neighborhood are questioning whether Farias, who is now 25, was ever missing.

Kisha Ross, one of the residents, was shocked when she heard Farias had been missing. Ross said she knew Farias had been living with her mother this whole time.

As per Ross, Farias even visited their garage and would play with her cousin, son, and daughter. “The boy has never been missing,” she added.

Ross’ cousin Broderick Conley noted that he and Farias hung out a lot and laughed most of the time. Ross and his family know Farias as Dolph, short for his name Rudolph. Still, they said they hadn’t seen him for a few weeks.

Another neighbor who chose to remain anonymous said he had seen Farias living with his mom for years and was shocked to hear the man was missing. “It’s shocking to everyone,” he added.

Investigators are yet to speak with Farias ever since he was found. They were scheduled to speak with him on July 5, 2023, but they haven’t been further reports on Farias’ missing case.

Santana has insisted that her son was missing and that the man the neighbors were talking about and hanging out with was her nephew.

However, neighbors in the Houston community believe otherwise and are attempting to figure out why Farias and his mother insist that the man was ever missing.
