NEW YORK (WABC) — A major coastal storm will bring windswept downpours into early Monday.

Expect 2″-4″ of rain with some flooding for the Monday morning commute along with winds that can gust 45-60mph, especially at the coast around daybreak,

Rain will taper off late Monday afternoon and colder weather will follow. Rain and snow showers linger into Tuesday.
