Police in Ranlo, North Carolina,, are asking the public to be on the lookout for a missing teenager.
Seventeen-year-old Chloe Michelle Whitener was last seen at a home on Lewis Road, according to WCNC Charlotte. Her family believes she left the house sometime between 9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Police began their search for her Tuesday morning, deploying drones and K-9 units. Multiple local agencies are assisting in the search efforts.
Chloe was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie, and white Nike shoes. She stands 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs around 100 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
