The Tulsa Police Department has issued a Kasey Alert from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for a missing 32-year-old.

According to the police, Kristie Holmes is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater with white polka dots, gray shorts, black leggings, and black knee-high boots.

KFOR reports that Holmes has developmental issues. Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 911.
