Jessica Alba’s former spouse relocates to an upscale single-person apartment while going through a divorce with the actress.

Cash Warren seems ready to move on from his marriage with Jessica Alba as he was seen moving his things into his new bachelor’s pad in L.A.

After the actress officially filed for divorce, it has been disclosed that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement in place. However, this lack of a prenup may not pose a problem given that their separation is described as being “extremely amicable.”

The specific reason behind Jessica Alba’s decision to file for divorce from her husband of 16 years remains uncertain. Nonetheless, Cash Warren had previously confessed to feeling “really jealous” of “other guys.”

Warren looked unbothered as he moved into his new residence in L.A. on Wednesday despite his split from Alba.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the former Hollywood producer maintained a low profile by wearing a hoodie, jeans, and a baseball cap while unloading multiple backpacks and pieces of luggage from his vehicle.

Warren’s new residence is the popular Ten Thousand apartment building that sits in between Beverly Hills and Century City.

The 283-unit, 40-story building costs between $10,000 to $65,000 monthly rent and boasts luxury amenities, including a fully stocked bar, a Rolls-Royce valet service, and even a one-acre private park.

It also has a pristine lap pool and on-call doctors who can provide medical services on demand.

Famous stars who once lived in the Ten Thousand Apartments include Lori Harvey, Demi Lovato, Sam Ronson, Addison Rae, and Harry Jowsey.

Warren’s relocation into the high-end apartment complex follows his split from estranged wife Jessica Alba, who filed to end their 16-year marriage earlier this month, stating “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their split.

Alba filed with the help of popular divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, as court documents showed that she planned to drop the surname, Warren, and return to her maiden name.

It was noted that the exact nature of their community, quasi-community assets, and separate property and obligations are “unknown” and “will be determined.”

Although both parties didn’t sign a prenup, their divorce is said to be “extremely amicable” as they both asked for joint physical and legal custody of their children Honor, Haven, and Hayes, according to TMZ.

Given the huge disparity in their individual net worth, Warren could potentially walk out of their marriage with some sort of payoff.

Yonatan Levoritz, a top New York City-based family lawyer, recently commented on what could potentially happen to their assets as they continue their divorce proceedings.

“After a 17-year marriage, there may be an award of alimony/maintenance to the non-monied spouse,” Levoritz said, per the Daily Mail. “One of the most valuable lessons from celebrity divorces is the importance of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.”

The lawyer continued, “These legal agreements can pre-emptively resolve potential disputes by clearly outlining how assets and spousal support will be handled in the event of a divorce. Even for those without substantial wealth, these agreements provide clarity and can prevent costly and time-consuming legal battles.”

Levoritz further noted how a lack of a prenup or postnup could lead the court to take action when it comes to shared businesses among divorcing couples.

“In terms of the business, if there is no prenup or postnup then at that point in time, the business will have to be valued and then divided. Most times courts do not like when people continue to share businesses so there will probably be a buyout of the interest,” he said.

In addition to her highly successful acting career, Alba is co-founder of The Honest Company, Inc., an L.A.-based consumer goods company valued at around $640 million.

Meanwhile, Warren’s business ventures, which include the production company Verso Entertainment and the underwear brand Pair of Thieves, are reported to generate over $100 million in revenue.

A source previously opened up to the Daily Mail about the challenges the couple faced in their marriage, suggesting that Alba’s business success left Warren scratching his head over his place in her life.

The source shared that the “Fantastic Four” actress was “so focused on her business that she didn’t give Cash any leverage to make things work, and he did try.”

“She just continued to shoot down any attempts to go on dates and do stuff as a couple,” they shared. “It reached a point where it was easier for him to give up and give her what he felt she ultimately wanted.”

It also appears that their lack of love became a problem, with the insider adding that their “priorities” also changed.

“Things have been pretty bad with them romantically for over a year,” the source told the news outlet. “They are so devoted to their kids and their careers, but they weren’t growing their relationship. They’re just friends.”

“When they started out, they thought they were going to be working on and producing movies and TV shows together,” they continued. “But once their businesses took off and they had kids, their priorities changed and in turn their feelings did too.”
