ANDREW and Tristan Tate will return to the UK to plead their case after the pair were hit with rape charges, their lawyer has said.
The Tate brothers were also accused of a string of other offences – including human trafficking – against a number of women in the UK this week.

Controversial influencer Andrew, who is currently living in Romania, is accused of ten charges in total.
This includes rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.
His brother Tristan, 36, is charged with 11 offences against one alleged victim – including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking.
The brothers are still facing a string of alleged sex crimes over in Romania, which prosecutors say must be settled first.
Andrew Ford, the lawyer representing the couple, confirmed that they will deal with the legal proceedings in the UK after their case in Bucharest concludes.
Ford told Sky News: “The Tates will return to face UK allegations”.
The charges against them in the UK were announced following the issuance of a European arrest warrant to bring them back for criminal trials in 2024.
Despite the charges being authorised in January 2024, it took until Wednesday evening for them to be fully released.
Matt Jury, the attorney for the three individuals claiming to be victims, expressed appreciation for the Crown Prosecution Service’s confirmation that efforts are being made to ensure that the Tates are held accountable within the UK legal system – they must not evade extradition.
Andrew is also being sued by four other women, after the CPS decided not to prosecute in 2019.
It comes after the brothers flew to the US in February after they were freed from house arrest in Romania.
While in the States, the Tate brothers did a tour of popular podcasts and rubbed shoulders with some of Los Angeles biggest influencers.
Andrew and Tristan returned to Bucharest by private jet shortly as investigations continue into their alleged sex crimes.
Both say they are innocent and deny all charges lobbied against them.
Ex-kickboxer Andrew moved to Romania years ago after first starting a webcam business in the UK.
He was joined by Tristan with the pair living together since.
Self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew also appeared on Big Brother but was famously booted off the show.
