ANDREW Tate and his brother have been freed from house arrest after five months, he claims.
The two disgraced individuals were confined to their residence in Romania because they are accused of serious crimes such as rape, human trafficking, engaging in sexual activity with a minor, establishing an organized criminal organization, money laundering, and tampering with testimonies.
According to a statement released by the siblings, they mentioned: “A significant legal development has taken place where the Romanian courts have decided to lift the house arrest that was imposed on Andrew Emory Tate, and instead, they have placed him under judicial control (probation).
This decision is a substantial move forward as it allows Andrew the freedom to move within Romania while complying with all the legal requirements.”
