The Baytown Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in finding a person of interest in a homicide that occurred on December 29, 2024.
Leondre Lynn, a 17-year-old, is being sought by the Baytown Police Department to provide information regarding a shooting that occurred in December at an apartment complex on Shady Hill Drive in Baytown. The incident resulted in the death of a man as emergency services were unable to save him.
On Sunday, around 4:30 p.m., police found a 25-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
The Baytown Police informed through their social media that they administered immediate life-saving measures before the arrival of the Fire Department and EMS. Sadly, the victim did not survive and was declared dead at the location.
Reports from Click2Houston revealed that Lynn had recently relocated to Baytown from Port Arthur, Texas. Authorities are interested in speaking to him to gain insight into the events that transpired. They urge anyone in possession of information pertaining to Lynn or the shooting incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.
