Is ‘Fire Country’ New Tonight? ‘Fire Country’ Season 4 Info, Return Date

If you are curious about whether your favorite network TV show will continue, Decider’s Nicole Gallucci has recently compiled a list that includes all the shows that have been canceled or renewed in 2025.

On CBS, all three NCIS spin-offs — NCIS, NCIS: Origins, and NCIS: Sydney — have been given the green light for more seasons. Fans can look forward to new episodes of Matlock, Elsbeth, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, and Ghosts. However, the list also includes unfortunate cancellations.

CBS decided to end Queen Latifah’s The Equalizer after its five-year run and also said goodbye to FBI: International, FBI: Most Wanted, and S.W.A.T. But what about Fire Country? Will the sizzling action drama return for another season on CBS?

Here’s everything you need to know.

Nope. The season three finale aired two weeks ago (April 25). Tonight’s CBS schedule features new episodes of Hollywood Squares and S.W.A.T. from 8:00-10:00 p.m. ET, followed by a rerun of Fire Country at 10:00 p.m. ET (Season 3, Episode 2: “Firing Squad”).

The third season of Fire Country consists of 20 episodes.

Yes! In February 2025, CBS renewed Fire Country for a fourth season.

No official release date has been announced, but it was recently revealed that Fire Country returns this fall on CBS. We expect the fourth season to debut in September or October on CBS.

In a bonus bit of good news, Sheriff Country, a new Morena Baccarin-led spinoff of Fire Country, also debuts this fall on CBS. The two shows will air from 8:00-10:00 p.m. ET on Friday nights.

Every episode of Fire Country is available to stream on Paramount+, which is available for as little as $7.99/month. You can also add Paramount+ to your Prime Video or Hulu accounts for an extra $12.99/month. You can sample Paramount+ on Amazon with a seven-day free trial.

Finally, Fire Country is available to stream on-demand via PlutoTV, Amazon, and CBS.com.

Yes! The first season of Fire Country is currently streaming on Netflix.
