Many A-list celebrities have lost their stunning multi-million dollar mansions in Los Angeles due to the Pacific Palisades and Hollywood Hills fires.
The homes of Anthony Hopkins, Anna Faris, Paris Hilton, Candy Spelling, Heidi Montag, John Goodman and Miles Teller are destroyed.
But several stars have been able to keep their properties safe out of sheer chance and the assistance of brave firefighters.
One of the luckiest Hollywood stars is Kate Hudson who has two homes in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
The two mega properties are side-by-side and are lavish with two stories, generous balconies, lush lawns and swimming pools.
Among the celebrities whose houses were spared from the wildfires are Tom Hanks, Rebel Wilson, Tom Brady, Chris Pratt, Dan Aykroyd, Steven Spielberg, and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
DailyMail.com has obtained photos of the homes that are still preserved.Â

Then in 2011 the Almost Famous actress snapped up the property next door for $5.3M.
Jennifer Lawrence, along with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa and their three kids, managed to keep their homes safe. Bill Hader’s home miraculously survived the fires while his neighbors’ houses were burned down to the ground.
As the wildfires continues raging throughout southern California, the 46-year-old comedian’s home in the Pacific Palisades was left standing.Â
He was one of dozens of celebrities that have been forced to evacuate their luxury properties in coastal Los Angeles as four fast-moving wildfires threaten to destroy the city.Â
Almost every other home on the It Chapter Two star’s street was destroyed in the fires.Â
While the house across the street was engulfed in flames, Hader’s contemporary villa — which he purchased for $4.2 million in 2019 — appeared intact with a shiny Lexus still parked in the driveway.
Meanwhile, the Pacific Palisades fire is not just destroying mansions belonging to the rich and famous, it is also burning up their restaurants.
