She famously bid adieu to Hollywood nearly 25 years ago and has not looked back.Â
Nearly 25 years after stepping away from the spotlight, this former leading lady now lives a serene life in bucolic Ojai, California, alongside her second husband, Moulay Hafid Baba, and their four-year-old Golden Retriever, Thaddeus.
The retired actress, 66, shot to international fame in a 1986 blockbuster that also made a star of her first husband. It was a role that made her a household name and singlehandedly launched the ‘thong bodysuit craze’ thanks to a memorable scene in which her character strips down to a black suit and attempts to fill her canteen with water, but instead almost gets eaten by a stealthy crocodile in Australia’s Outback.
The movie in question was, of course, the fish-out-of-water comedy Crocodile Dundee, in which Linda Kozlowski famously played New York reporter Sue Charlton alongside her first husband Paul Hogan, 85, who starred as the rugged Aussie bushman Mick Dundee.
While she may have entered the public imagination as a blonde damsel in distress who was saved from the croc in the nick of time by Hogan’s character, these days the actress looks almost unrecognizable as she enjoys a peaceful life away from the spotlight.
She retired from acting due to dissatisfaction with the roles she was being offered in the wake of her Dundee success, saying in 2001: ‘These straight-to-video, schlocky films I was getting were giving me an ulcer, basically because I was the only one on the set that cared about anything… Between that and my biological clock, I decided to give it all away.’
Linda Kozlowski appears to be enjoying a more low-key lifestyle nearly 25 years after leaving Hollywood for goodÂ
The retired actress was snapped enjoying a day at the park with her second husband Moulay Hafid Baba and their golden retriever at a park in Ojai, California, this weekÂ
As these exclusive DailyMail.com images show, almost 40 years on, Linda now embraces natural brunette locks and a laid-back wardrobe that suits her laid-back lifestyle.Â
Linda, dressed in black top and leggings with Nike sneakers, and Moulay took their precious pooch to a park on Tuesday afternoon to let him run off leash and roughhouse with other dogs in the grassy area.
They could be seen throwing a frisbee and laughing when the adorable pooch refused to chase it and instead rolled around on the field.
When Thaddeus was thirsty, Moulay went back to the car to get him a bowl and water while Linda patiently sat with him smiling.
Linda and her second husband appear to have a solid partnership, and a love of seeing the world in common.Â
Since meeting a decade ago, the two have traveled all over the globe, including Africa, Spain, Greece, Italy, Japan, Australia and more, all documented on Linda’s official Instagram account.
Moulay, a tour guide from Morocco was introduced to Linda through mutual friends in 2014.

As his online behavior also grows erratic, insiders have claimed Paul has become ‘stressed’ about his son’s lifestyle, reported New Idea on Monday. Chance pictured in September
Two years ago the couple purchased a newly remodeled single story, four-bedroom, two-bath home in Ojai for nearly $2million.
Ojai is a haven for artists, and people who love the outdoors with its numerous biking, hiking, and horse trails.
Moulay can be seen doing landscaping on the property, chatting with neighbors, and running errands to nearby hardware stores.
The adventurous couple work together on their business Dream My Destiny, which arranges tours for tourists around the world, and scouts movie locations for the film industry.
Linda was previously married to her Australian co-star Paul Hogan for 24 years.
The two fell in love on set of the iconic film while Hogan – 19 years Kozlowski’s senior – was still married to wife Noelene Edwards. The couple wed in 1990, welcomed son Chance eight years later, and divorced in 2014.Â

Hogan would later leave his home country behind and settle with Kozlowski in Los Angeles in the 90s.
As DailyMail.com previously reported, their troubled son Chance, 26, is currently living with his father in Venice, California. Chance is no stranger to scandal – after all, his parents’ relationship was one of the biggest tabloid stories of the late 1980s.

Chance was recently spotted looking disheveled as he loitered in a back alley close to his father’s lavish Venice Beach home.
His online behavior has also become more erratic, sparking further concerns.Â
He recently shared a bizarre video of himself ominously claiming something is about to ‘begin’ as he bared his inflamed gums to the camera.Â

According to New Idea, family friend’s say Paul, 85, has become ‘stressed’ about his son’s lifestyle.
‘Paul is at a crossroads over how to handle all this. One option would be to move back to Australia, but Chance doesn’t want to leave America,’ the source said.Â
