Prosecutors in the federal criminal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs made a surprising decision today by retracting crucial testimony concerning attempted kidnapping, arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking.
In an unexpected turn of events, this move occurred just after Diddy chose not to testify and made his first court appearance, informing Judge Arun Subramanian of his decision. According to a report by TMZ, prosecutors informed the judge through a letter that they are heeding his advice to simplify the jury instructions.
