Diddy’s Son Served Sexual Assault Lawsuit at Dad’s Miami Mansion

A new lawsuit accuses the youngest son of Sean “Diddy” Combs with sexual assault and emotional distress.

According to InTouch Weekly, a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh served Christian Combs with a lawsuit at his father’s mansion in Miami, Florida. O’Marcaigh alleged that she worked as a stewardess on a yacht in July 2022 when Sean Combs chartered the yacht and brought his son Christian along for the trip.

The situation allegedly turned into a chaotic and unpleasant experience for O’Marcaigh and her colleagues, with claims of exposure to illicit activities like sex work and drug use. O’Marcaigh stated that Christian Combs coerced her into drinking with him, restrained her, and prevented her from leaving her seat during one particular shift.

The lawsuit, as reported by InTouch Weekly, mentioned that O’Marcaigh suspected her drink had been tampered with as she started feeling the effects of the tequila shots. Christian Combs reportedly played a role in this incident.

Later that day, Christian Combs allegedly groped O’Marciagh as she pushed him away. She claimed he then got undressed and tried to force her to perform oral sex on him. She said he stopped when a co-worker entered the room.

According to the lawsuit, O’Marciagh reported the incident to the yacht’s captain — who failed to investigate her claims and made her continue serving Christian Combs.

O’Marciagh claimed the incident led to her losing her job and undergoing therapy. It is unclear what damages she is seeking.

InTouch Weekly reported that Tyrone Blackburn is representing O’Marciagh and Rodney Jones, a music producer who has sued Sean Combs for sexual assault.

On September 16, Sean Combs was arrested outside a Manhattan hotel on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

In March, feral authorities raided Sean Combs’ homes in Holmby Hills, California, and Miami. Reports indicated that the raid was connected to an ongoing sex trafficking investigation that resulted in his arrest months later.

The reported raids also occurred four months after his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, accused him of sex trafficking and abuse. In a multimillion-dollar lawsuit, she alleged that Sean Combs drugged her and forced her to have sex with other men. The pair settled the lawsuit a day after its filing.

Two more accusers came forward a week after Ventura’s lawsuit. One of the women claimed Sean Combs drugged and raped her at Syracuse University in New York in 1991. He denied those allegations before a third accuser, Liza Gardner, levied similar allegations against him.

In that case, Gardner claimed Sean Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall drugged and raped her and a friend following an Uptown Records event in 1990. Gardner said she was 16 at the time of the incident. She also accused Sean Combs of choking her a day after the assault.

Days after footage of the 2016 assault was publicized, two more women filed lawsuits against Sean Combs. One of those women was April Lampros, a New York Fashion Institute of Technology student who reportedly met Combs in 1994. Lampros accused him of sexually assaulting her on four instances between the mid-1990s and the early 2000s.

Lampros claimed Sean Combs promised to mentor her and connect her with executives in the fashion industry. Instead, Sean Combs allegedly forced her to drink before raping her in a hotel room. Lampros recalled another instance in which Combs forced her to perform oral sex on her in a parking garage while a parking attendant watched.

Sean Combs has been accused of committing or facilitating sexual abuse in at least 30 lawsuits. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025. He remains jailed without bail.
